Manuel will lead and support the development of AVEGA’s corporate and investment services, bringing a strong track record across finance, governance and cross-border structures. His role focuses on enhancing client delivery and expanding AVEGA’s strategic capabilities in Spain and beyond. 

Manuel joined AVEGA in 2021, bringing experience from his role as Founder & Managing Partner of Albatros Equity, where he oversaw investment sourcing, operational performance and portfolio governance. Prior to this, he spent several years at EY in Spain and the UK, gaining solid expertise in financial audit, restructuring and international corporate engagements. Manuel has over 10 years of experience in the financial and corporate services industry. His background spans private equity, corporate finance and executive leadership across multiple sectors, with specialisms in investment management, financial oversight and the coordination of cross-border corporate structures.

José Antonio leads and develops corporate, governance and compliance services for AVEGA, providing full-scope support to a wide range of investment and operational structures across multiple sectors, including hospitality, food & nutrition and real estate.

José Antonio joined AVEGA in 2014, initially in Luxembourg and since 2017 in Spain. He brings over a decade of experience in the legal and corporate services industry, having worked closely with hotel groups, food sector companies and various investment structures. He has a strong understanding of clients’ outsourced company secretarial, board governance and cross-border transaction management requirements.

His specialisms include the implementation and ongoing administration of complex corporate structures, international transaction management, and the coordination of corporate operations for multinational groups.
